JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a .Junior Sales Manager supporting the French market to join our Advertising team in Paris. This junior role will be a significant driver of growth for EXTE France in the coming quarters and years.

The role sits within the newly created French EXTE office, which is the beginning of a new adventure and as part of it, the person will be a game changer with enthusiasm, autonomy and initiatives. We are looking for an individual who is eager to truly impact the business being comfortable working in a fast paced and resourceful environment!

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and propose tailored digital solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to position our products and services effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and customer satisfaction.

 

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role preferable in a digital technology environment
  • Poses a strong understanding of digital technology and marketing industry
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English. Able to speak Spanish is a plus.
  • Can negotiate and present with impact to all audiences.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
